Bench Joiner

Billericay, Essex We are currently looking for two candidates Bench Joiners who will work for our Billericay factory on projects with a focus on quality and reliability.

Candidates must be experienced and reliable.

Some overtime is available.

Student Development Programme

Surveyor

London We regularly recruit surveyors with experience of management and financial control of a number of different projects. This should include the monetary management of subcontractors, budget and cost control, valuations, input into all aspects of project construction, quality control, monitoring of contract programmes as well as health and safety management.

A stable work history and track record of working with main contractors is essential.

Senior Projects Manager

London Working from our London office you will report to a Regional Director and head up an operations team of Contract and Project Managers. You will work on a wide range of our projects managing an annual portfolio turnover £10 million.

Ideally you will be CIOB / RICS either Surveyor or Site Management trained.
