Killby & Gayford was contracted to strip out the basement of the Royal College of Pathologists building at Carlton House Terrace.
The new education and learning facility for the Society creates a lecture theatre, three seminar rooms, an activity room, a breakout area, a caterers room, 2 new toilet blocks and associated plant room facilities.

Works included:

  • Complicated internal structural alterations, propping and underpinning
  • Sandblasting walls to expose original blockwork.
  • Creating of lecture theatre with tiered seating.
  • Installation of glass feature staircase.
  • Installation of M&E services including complex high specification audio visual package.
