Killby & Gayford are contracted to carry out the refurbishment of an existing building to create a low security mental health unit for East London NHS Trust incorporating clinical support and rehabilitation facilities. The completed building will provide 80 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the proposed roof level extension will provide secure recreational facilities.
