Construction of a new build 550m2 three-storey building to form two galleries, seminar facility, research area and a spacious atrium, that will act as the main entrance.
The extension was constructed on a ‘greenfield’ site and involved underpinning works & installation of monospace lift.
The gallery areas were finished with a specialist rubber flooring system and flexible track lighting with all the mechanical and electrical services externally mounted.

The college remained in occupation throughout.
