St John's School

Killby & Gayford have been contracted to undertake a new build Teaching Block at St John’s School, Leatherhead.

Works include:

• The erection of a fair-faced in-situ concrete frame to ground and first floors.
• Steel frame to 2nd floor & Roof.
• Brickwork/curtain walling to all elevations.
• Window facade to Main glazed atrium.
• New library, workshops and classrooms.
• Landscaping.
• The finishes to the building are of a high standard and a prominent feature is the exposed fair faced concrete produced to an exacting specification internally.
