This project is located a few minutes walk from Kings Cross in a new development shared with Guardian Newspaper. Killby & Gayford completed the design and build contract under a two-stage tender process within a four month contract period.
The shell fit out formed a brasserie, four bars, a gallery, event areas, offices, catering facilities, a foyer bar, atrium cafe, kitchens, restaurant, stores, welfare facilities, office and external spaces.

Internal fit out works included:

  • Full shell fit out.
  • Surface finishes to all areas.
  • Specialist equipment to kitchens, bar, brasserie and restaurant.
  • Extensive bespoke joinery package including lecterns, leaflet displays, acoustic panels, bench seating and reception desks.
