Killby & Gayford managed the rejuvenation of this East London landmark, once home of Telephone Manufacturing Company (1920) Ltd.
Exact replication of the large existing steel framed windows was required in order to maintain the original structure and characteristics of the building under Planning guidelines.
The building’s tenants remained trading throughout the works, requiring constant tenant liaison in order to gain access into each unit to carry out the essential works. In addition, short term programming was carried out to keep all tenants abreast of project progress throughout.
