Works included:

  • 1st and 2nd fix electrical installation
  • Plastering works
  • Decoration throughout
  • New floor finishes to common areas
  • Overhaul to main staircase
  • Renewal of intersom system
  • Replacement of exisiting lift
  • Formation of new reception including Porter’s reception desk
