Killby & Gayford Limited recently completed the refurbishment of the Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre, Chelmsford

The works involved:

  • Refurbishment and alterations to gym and studio.
  • Refurbishment to wet change area and showers.
  • Re-grouting, tile cleaning and repair works to main indoor pool and learner pool.
  • Decorations to main pool, learner pool and viewing gallery.
  • Repair works to glazed curtain walling to the main pool hall.
  • New pool water supply works.
  • The works required phased and out of hours working at night and over weekends.
