Killby & Gayford was contracted to internally and externally refurbish the Embassy of the Philippines head offices at 6, 8, 10 and 11 Suffolk Street.

The works included:

  • Renovation of exterior walls including reparation of stonework, paintwork and balconies.
  • Removal, repair and replacement of windows and cast iron work.
  • New drainage and damp proofing.
  • Complete internal refurbishment including carpets and repairs to fireplaces.
  • Internal adjustments to meet DDA requirements
  • Enhanced access/security measures.
  • Air conditioning units and associated plant installed.
