Managed from the Billericay Regional Office, we operate a UK wide planned and reactive security and maintenance helpdesk facility, utilising our network of mobile van crews working across mainland UK, into the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland when required.

Works are undertaken for a number of Framework Clients managing and attending to their UK wide estates with call outs responded to and undertaken in accordance with agreed service level criteria which is measured and recorded against rigorous  KPI's.

Works covered within the reactive helpdesk incorporate all types of building and security fabric repair and maintenance, including:

  • ATM raid call outs
  • Security product repair and replacement
  • Window security works
  • Works to secure counter lines and components
  • Locks and Ironmongery issues, including till drawers, runners etc.. fire and security door repair, manufacture and replacement
  • Building fabric works, doors, windows, roofs etc.
