Kevin joined Killby & Gayford in 1982 as a trainee Surveyor and attended college on a day release basis. Over the past twenty years he has gained wide ranging experience of the London refurbishment market as a Surveyor / Estimator and Senior Surveyor.
Kevin has worked on a variety of projects including retail refurbishment, external maintenance and office fit out works for both private and commercial clients. He adopts a hands-on approach to managing projects under his control and is adept at quickly identifying and overcoming potential project difficulties, whilst maintaining project progress to meet completion and budgetary deadlines.
His communication skills and proven management abilities led to promotion to Client Manager in 2000, Regional Operations Director in 2005 and subsequent promotion to Director in the management buyout of 2007.
