2010 marks the 150th anniversary of the formation of Killby & Gayford Limited.

During the period since June 1860 we have built an unrivalled reputation as a financially sound construction company with annual turnover approaching £100m and a collaborative and non-confrontational approach to business with the ability to provide prestigious high quality products and projects within tight time and financial constraints on a regular basis.

Throughout the Company’s history we have maintained a strong City of London presence, founded in Salmon Street and now residing in Sun Street, and over the years have expanded our geographic spread to include additional offices in Billericay, Cambridge, Clapham and Leeds.

Billericay also houses our in-house Joinery Division, producing bespoke joinery on a design, manufacture and supply or supply and install basis to both Killby & Gayford projects and external clients alike.

Whilst refurbishment, renovation and specialist joinery remains a firm backbone for the company’s operational prowess, we have over the years developed into a company carrying out works of all types across a far more varied sector base, details of which can be found within this website.
