Business as usual say the new Shareholders

Killby & Gayford Group has been bought by existing management backed by Close Growth Capital and the Bank of Scotland ensuring that the company will continue to remain a privately owned business in control of its own future owned pr edominantly by the management.
Apart from Close Growth Capital the new major shareholders are Chris Chivers, Jeremy Vickers, Chris Boyle, Jon Coles, Richard Bell and Kevin Browne, all of whom are keen to ensure that your business will be conducted as usual providing a first class service to our clients.
We greatly appreciate the time and effort that our clients made to assist our research during the development of this business deal and of the extremely co mplimentary comments we have received, below are just three of a significant sample:-

'K&Gs knowledge and track record are its main strengths'
'I think K&G is very professional overall. It takes no risky shortcuts'
'The quality of project management and its people are K&Gs main strengths'< br />

We consider these comments to be indicative of how our clients generally view the services that we strive to deliver every day and whilst the ownership of the business may have changed, our ideals and ethos will not. It is the inte ntion of the board to facilitate more of our current type of workload together with further advancement into retail areas, increase our heritage profile, and widen our pharmaceutical offering amongst a number of initiatives that we wil l be rolling out in the coming months.
The new holding company board will comprise of Chris Chivers as chief executive, Jeremy Vickers as finance director, a non-executive chairman, Robin Williams and a non-executive director from Close, James Blake. At operational level, i.e. Killby & Gayford Limited, the board will be Chris Chivers as chief executive, Jeremy Vickers as finance director, Chris Boyle, Jon Coles, Richard Bell, Kevin Browne, Roger Poulton and Tre vor Warton. Chris Mardell will continue to operate as regional operations director to develop our Cambridge office.
We value highly our working relationship with our clients, our subcontractors and our suppliers but we intend to ' raise the bar' with our delivery standards to be the 'first name of choice' when selecting a contractor. We look forward to a future where working with you we may be able to assist you in developing your business goals.
Should you have any questions that the above may not answer or we may be able to assist you with your next project then please contact Chris Chivers on 0207 498 9898 for further information.
